We understand that our business is part of the wider community. Our commitments are inspired by our values, which help to guide our actions, and ensure that we have a responsible, sustainable business.
Our key responsibilities relate to a range of social, environmental and economic issues which impact us either directly or through our supply chain. There are four key areas of responsibility:

Management of Health and Safety is a fundamental aim of the company and underpins all our activities. We drive environmental best practice on our projects. The support and mentoring of our employees is part of a strategy to initially recruit and then retain our most important assets. On our projects we engage in community involvement through school liaison, community liaison meetings and charitable support and donations.
