Compliance

We know that only responsible actions and the observance of ethical principles effectively protect the interests of our customers, our employees, our partners, our suppliers and other stakeholders; providing the confidence to trust us and, where appropriate, to engage in business with us.

In order to set down these principles clearly the Company has presented them in the form of a Code of Conduct, consisting of Principles of Conduct and Behaviour Guidelines.

The Code of Conduct defines further how employees as representatives of our Company must act and which responsibilities everyone has towards the Company, our customers as well towards our partners and suppliers.

The Principles of Conduct that apply to all employees include fundamental rules to combat corruption, bribery, prohibited agreements and illegal employment, as well as dealing with confidential information, donations and social behaviour at work.

Compliance incidents are reported immediately to the Compliance Officer and Executive Management of our parent company. Appropriate measures are then implemented.

We operate a compliance management system including monthly reports to record issues and training carried out.
